LueWish Story 

As Founder and Executive Director of LueWish, I am a daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, pastor, and servant. Moreover, I am a woman who has a passion for the least, lost, and broken. 

Women are the epitome of strength and resilience. When life happens, we don’t stop being wives, mothers, daughters, caregivers, employees, CEO’s, sorority sisters, cooks, or housekeepers. Even with the weight of life, we keep moving with our heads held high. 

As women, the paths we walk differ greatly, but many of our experiences share a common thread. Many women like my sister LuLu, know what it is like to be walking high in the successes of life and unexpectedly encounter a life altering issues that changes everything. 

LueWish Mission

LueWish was launched in June 2019 as a 501c3 organization that grants wishes to women who are experiencing life altering issues due to cancer, heart disease and domestic violence. We inspire women, through a community of care to live, love and laugh out loud in spite of life altering issues. We have seen the power of a wish transform a life altering moment into a triumphant memory in the lives of the women we touch. 

The greatest story we can ever write is the story we pin to someone else’s book of life. A woman’s story is more than a diagnosis or a bad relationship. Our mission is to impact their story by giving, sharing, and caring. Thus, showing compassion and collaborating with other organizations to make a difference when life happens. 

LueWish desires to build a legacy as an organization that makes a difference in the lives of women and the communities in which they live. 

Target Audience

Women of all ages, backgrounds, economic status, or beliefs.
